01. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing the ShipMRR boilerplate ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Software.

02. Software License Matrix

ShipMRR operates under a restrictive commercial license model based on the tier purchased:

• Standard License ($149): Grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy the Software into one (1) commercial production application or SaaS product.
• Unlimited License ($199): Grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy the Software into unlimited commercial production applications or SaaS products.

RESTRICTION: Under NO circumstance may you resell, redistribute, or repackage the base boilerplate code to other developers as a competing starter kit or open-source repository.

03. Refunds & Digital Goods

ShipMRR delivers raw, unencrypted source code immediately upon purchase. Due to the irreversible nature of digital code distribution, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once the GitHub repository access has been granted or the source code ZIP has been downloaded.

04. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall ShipMRR or its creators be held liable for any claim, damages, server costs, API overages, or other liability arising from your use of the Software in a production environment. You are strictly responsible for securing your own Supabase, Stripe, and LLM API credentials.
