Privacy Protocol

The following privacy policy applies strictly to the purchase and distribution of the ShipMRR Boilerplate. Once you deploy this software for your end-users, you are fully responsible for swapping this placeholder text out and drafting your own GDPR/CCPA-compliant privacy policy concerning their AI message logs and Stripe transactions.
01. Data Collection
When you purchase the ShipMRR boilerplate, we collect strictly necessary data to process the transaction and grant access:
- GitHub Handle: Required to invite you to the private source code repository.
- Email Address: Required to send you receipts, repository invites, and boilerplate update logs.
- Payment Data: Handled entirely securely by Stripe. We do not store or process your credit card directly.
02. Telemetry & Tracking
ShipMRR explicitly does not inject hidden telemetry, tracking scripts, or "phone home" analytics into the source code you purchase. We do not monitor your server logs, database connections, or API usage. The code you clone is entirely yours to audit and deploy in complete isolation.
03. Third-Party Subprocessors
To process sales and distribute the application, we employ the following subprocessors:
- Stripe: Payment verification and tax compliance.
- GitHub: Source code distribution and access control.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery.
